Knowing your WHY provides a filter through which you can make decisions, every day, to act with purpose. 

Whether you are an entrepreneur, an employee, a leader of a team, or are looking to find greater clarity for your next move, your WHY is the one constant that will guide you toward fulfillment in your work and life.

This interactive online workshop is designed to walk you, step-by-step, through the process to find your WHY – your personal purpose, cause or belief. It takes a willingness to be open, to share personal stories, and to trust the process. And through it all, we’re there to help.

Hilde will:

• Unpack the concept of The Golden Circle from Start with WHY
• Share tools and the process to discover your individual WHY
• Pair you with a partner so you can work 1-on-1 to write your WHY statement
• Conduct live coaching to help you improve your WHY statement

This class will be hosted on ZOOM and include breakout rooms where you will be interacting with other participants. 

Your individual link will be emailed to you after registration. 

There will be an optional 15 minute Q & A at the end of the class.
