Leadership has nothing to do with title or rank. As soon as people volunteer to follow you, you are a leader. We need others to reach our goals, we each need followers.

TRAJECTWAY is an intensive and interactive trajectory addressing the essential skills required to reach your goals, to realise your and other's dreams.

Starting with the intra personal skills: Self-awareness, Self-control, Self-motivation. When these skills of personal mastery are acquired, the interpersonal skills Empathy and Leadership can be developed.

Through years of experience we are convinced that social skills cannot be acquired by traditional training techniques.
Studies on brain functioning prove how lasting change is best achieved by continuous small and simple but radical improvements (Kaizen-technique) of old habits and the way you 'are'... with "leverage effect"!
Only with a special structured approach, a person can override old habits and accomplish a transformation.

TRAJECTWAY has this structure. It consists of 10 sessions - the 2020 program starts March 6thand runs until mid-June. The cost of this program is €3,650.00 excl. VAT per person.
The integral and chronological approach ensures lasting results and real change. A group trajectory that you experience as an individual coaching.
